About the position

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at NOTE Lund. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

This position as a Quality Assistant is based in Lund, where they have a factory with about 100 employees. They focus on high precision, sustainability, and customized solutions, making them a reliable partner in electronics production.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Quality Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and updating quality-related documentation, such as procedures, instructions, and specifications. You will ensure that deviations and complaints are registered, followed up, and communicated to the right people, both internally and externally.

The work involves ongoing controls and measurements to ensure that products and processes maintain high quality. You will also have contact with customers and suppliers, where you will communicate in both Swedish and English. Additionally, you will contribute to improvement projects and the implementation of quality standards to develop and streamline operations.

• Manage and update quality-related documentation, such as procedures, instructions, and specifications
• Register, investigate, and follow up deviations and complaints both internally and externally
• Ensure that deviations are handled correctly and communicated to the right people
• Conduct controls and measurements to ensure that products and processes meet quality requirements
• Contact customers and suppliers, both in Swedish and English, to handle quality issues
• Participate in and contribute to improvement projects and the implementation of quality standards

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Relevant high school education
• Post-secondary education in quality engineering is an advantage
• Previous experience in the electronics industry is an advantage
• Very good computer and system skills. Experience with any quality management system is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
